How to Activate / Pair Child App on iPhone

Welcome to the FamilyTime installation guide for iPhone. In the guide, we assume that you have signed up for FamilyTime account and have received your Welcome Email with activation and login details. Through this guide, we will guide you to activate FamilyTime Child App on iPhone and how to pair it with your FamilyTime parent’s account.

If you haven’t signed up for FamilyTime Account yet, no problem! You can do it now. Click on the button below to create your FamilyTime account.

Things Required Before You Proceed

Make sure you have everything in hand before you proceed!
  • The iOS device must be running iOS 8 and above.
  • The iOS device must be connected to the Internet throughout the installation.
  • You need to have physical access to the child’s iPhone to install FamilyTime.
  • You must have FamilyTime in good standing. Click here to sign up if you don’t have an account already.

Step-By-Step Installation Guide


Open App Store and search familytime.


Select FamilyTime – Parental Control and tap GET.


As the app installation is completed, tap OPEN.


The app will require sending notifications. Tap Allow and proceed.


The app will require accessing your phone location. Tap Allow and proceed.


The app will require you to agree to Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Tap I AGREE.


The app tour will initiate. Tap NEXT to start.


The app will require to access phone location and USB storage. Tap I AGREE to proceed.


Now you will need to enter the Email and Password to activate the child app. You can get your login details from your email. Tap LOGIN button to continue.


Tap on Activate This Device to activate Child App.


You can add a child profile if not added already. Tap on "+".


You have successfully activated your kid's profile on this device. Now you need to Enroll this device with Device Management System to get all the features working. Tap on "Yes, Lets Do It!".


Tap on Enroll This Device.


To begin installing the profile, tap Install .


You will be asked to allow the server to remotely manage the device. Tap Install to proceed.


You will get a system prompt asking if you trust the profile’s source for remote managemnet. Tap Trust.


The Profile will begin to Install.


As the profile is installed, tap Done.


Your child device is activated and enrolled successfully. Tap on Launch The App.


In case device enrollment get failed, please tap "Try Again".

Please tap Open


You are all set, tap Finish to go to Dashboard.


Child App is activated successfully and you are all set now.


Please launch the FamilyTime app and keep running in the background to track locations, places and speed limit of your kid device.
