How do I secure my Parent account?
We are continuously working to improve the security features of the FamilyTime Parent Dashboard. However, here are a few tactics to help you secure the account.
Keep credentials secret
Your child cannot access your FamilyTime Dashboard without credentials. It is recommended to keep the credentials a secret, not just the password but the email address. It helps you keep the account safe.
Choose a Strong Password
We will set up a temporary password once you sign up for the FamilyTime Parental Control App using the default email ID. Later, you can change it from the FamilyTime Dashboard. Check how to change FamilyTime Dashboard Password.

- Shortcut to lock your child’s mobile device
Setup Device Passcode
Normally, everyone keeps the device's passcode protected. If you don't have a passcode on the device, we recommend doing so. However, your child may guess or crack the code, so it's better to keep changing the passcode every other week. Avoid the obvious or your routine combinations.
