How do I know which Android OS version my mobile device runs?

Please note that FamilyTime will only work on your or your child’s Android devices if it has Android OS version 4.4 and above. You can easily determine which OS version your device runs by following these steps:

  • Open your phone’s menu. Tap System Settings.
  • Determining Android OS
  • Scroll down towards the bottom.
  • Determining Android OS
  • Select About Phone from the menu.
  • Determining Android OS
  • Select Software Info from the menu.
  • Determining Android OS
  • The OS version of your device is shown under Android Version.

If it is not Android 4.0 or above, you will need to upgrade before installing FamilyTime.
