Changing Account Password

How do I reset or change my account password?

After you create an account with us, we will email you your username and password. That will be the password you’d have to use to log into the account.

  • But if at any time you forget your password, you can click on Forgot Password option on the Login screen.
  • Now you can enter your new password and save it.

  • If at any time, you wish to change your password, you can select Account option from your Dashboard menu and then select Password to change your password.

Remember to always select a strong password for your account which is hard to guess. You can add numeric characters and a combination of small and upper case alphabets. FamilyTime will not be responsible for any data loss if your account gets compromised so you should never share your account password with anyone.
