With FamilyTime's unique Places feature, you can get to know instantly as your kids visit unsafe places or locations that you don't want them to visit. Simply define one or more places on your FamilyTime – Dashboard and get instant alerts even on the go.

How to Set-up FamilyTime Places Feature

Follow these very easy instructions to set up FamilyTime Places feature from your FamilyTime - Dashboard:

Step - 1

Log into your FamilyTime web dashboard or open your FamilyTime - Dashboard app.

Step - 2

Now under the child profile that you want to enable Places feature for, tap Settings.

Step - 3

Under the section, Family Watch, you will see that the Location History option is turned on by default. It should be turned on to get the feature work properly.

Step - 4

Under the section, Family Care, tap Places (Geo-fence) option from the list.

Step - 5

Tap on the “plus sign” to add Places to the list.

Step - 6

Define the place name and mark the location on the map. Select the accuracy diameter from the options below the map and tap Add to Places button.

Bonus tips:
  • You can also search for places from the top search bar.
  • Make sure you check the option to get instant alerts.

Step - 7

You have successfully added the desired location to the Places list. You can edit the current location or go on adding as many as you want to.

Step - 8

Tap Sync Settings from the Settings menu under the Sync section. Otherwise the feature may take longer to work on your child’s device.

Step - 9

Your settings have been synced successfully!

Step - 10

You will get alerts each time your children enter or leave those places.
